| Detail design of the mechanical and piping installation. |
|
| a) | Equipment installation |
|
| b) | Pipe Fabrication and Installation. |
|
| c) | Adjustment of pipe supports. |
|
| d) | Surface preparation and painting |
|
| e) | Welding and NDT |
|
| f) | Field pressure testing |
|
| g) | Flushing, cleaning and Passivation |
|
| Install all control valves, meters, pressure indicators, temperature indicators, instruments and accessories. |
|
|
| Install, align and set to their position, all free issued equipment, including their accessories. |
|
|
| Assemble, erect and install all unassembled or partially assembled cooling towers and corresponding staircase. |
|
| a) | Install partition wall between cooling tower cells |
|
| b) | Supply and Install flexible connection with corrosion resistant steel flanges and control rods. |
|
| c) | Assembly of cooling tower fill. |
|
|
| Supply and Install all piping, fittings, flanges, unions, sleeves, and other accessories. |
|
| a) | Chilled water, including underground piping up to tie in points. |
|
| b) | Cooling water and blow down. |
|
| c) | Process drainage |
|
| d) | Chemical feed |
|
| e) | Refrigerant recovery |
|
| f) | Vent and relief release |
|
| g) | Make up water, compressed air |
|
| h) | Cooling towers drainage and overflow up to the tie-point. |

| Supply and Install |
|
| a) | Manual valves,basin drainage valves, basin equalizer gates, check valves, dampeners and other anti- vibration devices, pressure reducing valves, pressure relief valves, water hammer arrestors, pump connector and expansion devices, expansion tanks, vortex breakers, strainers, suction diffusers, flanges including blind flanges and mating flanges, mechanical joints and chain operators for valves 2 1/2" and larger located more than 2150 mm above floor level, cooling tower basin crossover and access platforms. |
