- Implementing Health, Safety and Environmental Management
- Providing Site Logistics and Security
- Implementing Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Coordinating with Authorities and Stakeholders
- Developing the Detailed Design from the Preliminary Design.
- Obtaining all Construction Permits required from Statutory Authorities/Stakeholders.
- Maintaining traffic flow during the construction activities
- Protection of existing utilities
- Testing and commissioning of installed components
- Assisting in handing over the completed works to the relevant end-user
