Mr. Sidawi established ALNASR in 1973 as one of the UAE’s earliest contracting companies. Through pioneering a drive for excellence and an unwavering commitment to integrity, he set the path for the company’s growth across the breadth of the infrastructure sector. His decades of experience across engineering, contracting, and real estate continue to shape the company’s long-term strategy to this day.
Samer joined ALNASR in 2002 and has served on the Board as Vice Chairman since 2012. As a member of the Executive Committee, he plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction. His expertise spans the construction sector, from civil and industrial contracting to real estate development and investment. His leadership is focused on instilling structural resilience and setting the business’s long-term vision.
Majed joined ALNASR in 2013 and has since played a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth. With more than two decades of experience across real estate, and investment, he brings a strong focus on business development and stakeholder engagement. His experience in building long-term relationships, developing opportunities, and supporting major projects continues to strengthen ALNASR’s presence and partnerships across the UAE.

John joined ALNASR as a Site Engineer in 1997 and has played a key role in the company’s growth and evolution over three decades. His experience spans engineering, operations, and business development across the construction sector. In addition to being a member of the Executive Committee, he has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2012. John leads the company with a focus on disciplined execution, operational excellence, and long-term strategic growth. Under his leadership, the business continues to strengthen its position as a trusted contractor across the UAE.
Hadi joined ALNASR as Chief Operating Officer in 2013 and has since played a pivotal role in the company’s strategic growth and business structure evolution. As member of the Executive Committee, he oversees the company’s operations with a focus on building high performance teams and strengthening the business functions. His leadership and cross-sector expertise led the delivery of complex projects spanning across infrastructure, industrial, real estate, as well as EPC mega projects.
Mohammed joined ALNASR in 2003 and leads development and expansion initiatives, with a focus on identifying opportunities aligned with the company’s long-term strategic direction. His experience combines commercial leadership with deep regional expertise across the construction and development sectors. As Chief Development Officer, he drives strategic partnerships, new business development, and market expansion initiatives that continue to support the company’s growth and evolution across the region.
Andrew joined ALNASR in 2020 and leads commercial strategy, with a focus on strengthening the company’s market position through disciplined commercial planning and client-focused execution. His experience spans commercial management, market analysis, and strategic growth across the construction sector. As Chief Commercial Officer, he supports the company’s expansion initiatives through data-driven insight, risk-conscious decision making, and a strong focus on long-term commercial performance in an evolving market.
Omar joined ALNASR in 2017 and oversees the business’s financial strategy and governance, with a focus on discipline, structured planning, and long-term financial stability. His experience spans financial management, risk oversight, and corporate governance across the construction sector. As Chief Financial Officer, he leads the company’s financial operations while strengthening internal controls, maintaining financial integrity, and supporting sustainable growth across the business.
Najib joined ALNASR in 2004 and has played a key role in delivering major infrastructure and EPC projects. With extensive industry experience, he brings deep expertise in project execution, operational leadership, and client relationship management. As Chief Projects Officer, Najib oversees project operations across the organization, ensuring excellence in governance, safety, quality, and client satisfaction. His leadership continues to strengthen ALNASR’s operational excellence and strengthen its position as a leading contractor in the region.
Issa joined ALNASR in 2002 and leads the company’s technical functions. His experience spans EPC, infrastructure, and Oil & Gas projects. He plays a key role in driving technical excellence, constructability, and project delivery. As Chief Technical Officer, Issa oversees technical governance, tendering strategies, and the integration of engineering and commercial functions to support operational efficiency and sustainable growth. His leadership continues to advance ALNASR’s EPC capabilities and deliver greater value to clients and stakeholders.
