Scope of Work:

Construction of Abu Dhabi International Airport Freight Facility Building that includes:

• Levelling, cutting/ filling the project area of 22500 m2
• Construction of freight facility building of 10000 m2 floor area and 3500 m2 of mezzannine floor.
• Supply and install pre-cast wall panels and double tee pre-stressed roof slabs.
• Supply and install skylights of special design.
• Construction of roads, security fences, parking areas, loading and unloading sections and landscaping.
• Complete plumbing, rainwater disposal, surface water system and connections to the main network.
• Supply and install, connect, test and commission power network for the building.
• Supply and Install CCTV network.
• Supply & install fire fighting and fire alarm system.
• Supply & install telephone and communication system.
• Supply and Install airconditioning with roof top units and extract fans.
• Testing and commissioning of equipment.
