Scope of Work:

The works cover the construction of roads and infrastructure services for Al Reef Villas Housing Development including about 2500 villas and 25 Residential building and a Town Center and Services area. Landscape package includes Irrigation Mainline, Irrigation Water Reservoir, Stamped Concrete paving, Interlock pavings, Landscape Furniture, Shade Structures , Play courts and Equipments.
