| Scope of Works:
|
|
| The Works to be carried out by the Contractor shall include |
|
|
| a) |
Preparation of the detailed and final construction drawings including undertaking a survey of the proposed work site. |
|
| b) |
Supply, construction, testing and commissioning of reinforced concrete underground water storage tank (45000 cum capacity) divided into two compartments, valve room, including all associated pipe works, civil works etc. and testing and disinfection of reservoir, complete pipework and accessories. |
|
| c) |
Supply, Installation, construction, testing and commissioning of the inlet pipe works to the storage tanks which include all valves and fittings, electrically actuated valves. |
|
| d) |
Supply, Installation, construction, testing and commissioning of outlet pipe works from storage tanks up to and including connection to the pump station suction main which include supply and installation of all valves, air valves, electrically actuated valves, etc. |
|
| e) |
Supply, Installation, testing of small power and lighting to the valve room. |
|
| f) |
Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of submersible sump/ drainage pump/ motor sets for the valve room. |
|
| g) |
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of drain pump/ motor sets to the reservoir. |
|
| h) |
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of overflow drain pipe from the reservoir to the designated overflow drain pit. |
|
| i) |
Supply and construction of all civil works within site boundary, access roads, gravel filling, parking, boundary wall, shade etc. |
