| a) | Detailed Engineering. Investigate, find & implement, procure, install, test & commission a fully acceptable operational system that meets the specific guaranteed values as set out in the specifications for:

|
| A. Mechanical Equipment & Piping Work
|
|
| a) | A complete hydraulic calculations and analysis for the complete pumping/pipeline system including surge analysis.
|
|
| b) | Supply & Install 4 (Four) Nos. variable speed, electrically driven, single stage, centrifugal, axially split pumps/motors rated 1800m3/h flow output with 630 KW air cooled induction motor.
|
|
| c) | Supply & Install 3 (Three) Nos., of 70m3 capacity each, welded steel anti-surge vessels with respective air supply system, DI piping, valves, bellows, etc.
|
|
| d) | Supply & Install DN 1200 ductile iron suction mains and header system complete with valves, dismantling joints, check valves etc.
|
|
| e) | Supply & Install DN 1000 ductile iron discharge header including valves, flow meters, bellows etc.
|
|
| f) | Supply & Install 4 (Four) Nos. small capacity drainage pump/motor with associated piping, electrical instrumentation & control system.
|
|
| B. Civil & Structural Work
|
|
| a) | Carry out survey and soil investigation for pump hall & pipeline route.
|
|
| b) | Design, Supply & Construct complete pump hall extension superstructure including all reinforced concrete, block work, steel structure, pump hall, pipe work, offices, doors, windows, painting, raised floors, acoustic ceiling. An area of 1,000m2 (One Thousand).
|
|
| c) | Design, Supply & Construct complete 85 m2 chlorination building, 115 m2 switch gear building, 45 m2 anti-surge building.
|
|
| d) | Design, Supply & Install 10 ton gantry crane rail & equipment.
|
|
| e) | Construct Non Destructive Road crossings by Auguring.
|
|
| C. Electrical Work
|
|
| a) | Supply, Install, Connect, Test & Commission 11 Kv, 6.6 Kv and 415V switchboard / MCC.
|
|
| b) | 24V DC & 110V DC supply system.
|
|
| c) | 240 V AC Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system.
|
|
| d) | Sub distribution boards for feeding all new loads.
|
|
| e) | 11 kV cables from the 11 kV switchboards to the new transformers.
|
|
| f) | 6.6 kV cables for the new 6.6 kV switchboards.
|
|
| g) | LV power cables.
|
|
| h) | Control cables between frequency converters & LV switchboards, control panels, motor operated valves etc
|
|
| i) | Lighting & small power.
|
|
| j) | Earthing system.
|
|
| k) | Fire detection & alarm system and integrating with main fire alarm panel.
|
|
| D. Instrumentation & Control Works
|
|
| a) | PLC based central control system.
|
|
| b) | Field installed panels for field monitoring & operations.
|
|
| c) | All field mounted instruments.
|
|
| d) | Instrumentation & control cabling.
|
|
| e) | Install fibre optic cable and make connections to specified terminals.

| E. Chlorination System Work
|
|
| a) | Design, Supply, Install, Connect, Test & Commission Chlorine gas manifold, change over piping, 2 Nos. evaporators, filters with liquid chlorine traps, 2 Nos. chlorinators, booster pumps, ejectors, chlorine solution diffuser, exhaust fans, booster pumps, residual chlorine analyser, pH analyser, conductivity analyser, chlorine gas detector and all associated electrical, piping, instrumentation & control works.

| F. Air Conditioning & Ventilation Work
|
|
| a) | Design, Supply, Install, Connect, Test & Commission Air Conditioning & ventilation system.
|
|
| G. Fire Protection System Work
|
|
| Design, Supply, Install, Connect, Test & Commission Fire Protection system that includes:
|
| a) | CO2 system for 11 kV switchgear & frequency converters & Building.
|
|
| b) | Portable CO2 fire extinguishers.
|
|
| c) | Fire Detection and alarm system with associated piping & cabling.
|
|
| H. Piping
|
|
| a) | Supply & Install 1000 mm DI pipeline with branch off pipelines to various consumers. A total of 16kM.
|
|
| b) | Supply & Install Fibre Optic cable run along the pipeline.
|
|
| c) | Fire Detection and alarm system with associated piping & cabling.
|
|
| d) | Supply & Install all Automatic air release, vacuum valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, flow control valves, flow meters etc.
|
|
| e) | Supply & Construct all valve chambers along the pipeline.
|
|
| f) | Supply & Install Cathodic Protection.
|
|
| g) | Fire Detection and alarm system with associated piping & cabling.
|

| I. Channel Crossing Pipeline Work
|
|
| a) | CO2 system for 11 kV switchgear & frequency converters & Building.
|
|
| b) | Portable CO2 fire extinguishers.
|
|
| c) | Fire Detection and alarm system with associated piping & cabling.
|
|
| G. Fire Protection System Work
|
|
| a) | Carry out bathometric survey works, soil investigation, perform & provide calculations, execution statements, procedures, drawings, welding, directional drilling, pulling and hydro testing of 1.2 kM Carbon Steel 600 mm cement lined pipeline.

| b) | Install Cathodic Protection.
|
|
| c) | Fire Detection and alarm system with associated piping & cabling.

| J. Testing & Commissioning
|

| a) | Hydrostatic testing of all pump station piping system.
|
|
| b) | Testing of pumps, pump controls & crane railing.
|
|
| c) | Testing of all electrical, instrumentation/control air conditioning and ventilation systems.
|
|
| d) | Testing chlorination system.
|
|
| e) | Testing of fire protection system.
|
|
| f) | Testing of all pipelines and channel crossing pipes.
