| Scope of Works:

| a) | A Subcontract work from Saipem Snamprogetti JV
|
|
| b) | Civil and associated works pertinent to the Construction of Ajban Pumping Station Complex and Sweihan Pumping
|
|
| Station Complex that included:
|
|
| a) | Supply and Construction of 5 (Five) million gallon capacity each concrete ground potable water reservoirs. A total quantity of 4 (four) reservoirs. Two at each location.
|
|
| b) | Supply and Construction of 2 (two) reinforced concrete pump houses. A below grade building structure of approx. 4800 meters square each to accommodate the portable water pumps and the associated pipe works. And above grade reinforced concrete control building at each location complete with all finishing.
|
|
| c) | Supply and Construction of 2 (two) reinforced concrete substation buildings complete with all finishing works.
|
|
| d) | Supply and Construction of 4 (Four) maintenance facility buildings of approx. 600 meters square area.
|
|
| e) | Supply and Construction of 2 (two) reservoirs chlorinating & instrumentation buildings.
|
|
| f) | Supply and Construction of concrete boundary wall of approx. 2.4 K.M (at each station) with external side concrete sidewalks.

|
| g) | Supply and Construction of 1 No. diesel generator building (at each station).
