| National Central Cooling (PJSC) TABREED, a leading company to supply chilled water to existing and new commercial, residential and industrial units, have awarded the project "Tabreed District Cooling Scheme AD05, DEWAN of Crown Prince, CHW Distribution Piping to Al Nasr Contracting Co. L.L.C to execute the below listed scope of work on a fast track construction schedule to be completed within 4 months. |

| Scope of Works:

|
| The scope of work includes the supply of materials, consumables, tools, equipment, plant, labor, supervision, engineering staff and all necessary resources to complete the installation and commissioning of the following works: |

| External CHW Distribution Network: |
|
| a) | Excavation of trench for chilled water pipelines. |
|
| b) | Supply & Installation of pre-insulated C.S pipes and fittings of 1,704 Mtr. 400 mm Dia. buried underground complete with all necessary air vent at high points drains pits at low points, isolation valve chambers (2 Nos.), Hot Tapping Chamber (1 No.) |
|
| c) | 4 Nos. Non Disruptive Road Crossings (NDRC) using Micro-Tunneling. |
|
| d) | Branching and connection to Dewan’s Energy Transfer Station. |
|
| e) | Supply and Install fiber optic cables on all pipes run complete with testing and commissioning. |
|
| f) | Chemical flushing, testing and commissioning of the lines. |
|
| g) | Mechanical, Electrical and Civil works for the Energy Transfer Station. |
