| National Central Cooling (PJSC) TABREED, a leading company to supply chilled water to existing and new commercial, residential and industrial units, have awarded the project "Tabreed District Cooling Scheme AD07 Al Raha Gardens Stage – 2 External Pipe Works & ETS" Contract No. AD07-T-C-06-07 to Al Nasr Contracting Co.L.L.C to execute the below listed scope of work to be completed 9 months. |

| Scope of Works:

| The scope of work includes the supply of materials, consumables, tools, equipment, plant, labor, supervision, engineering staff and all necessary resources to complete the installation and commissioning of the following works: |

| External CHW Distribution Network: |
|
| a) | Excavation of trenches for chilled water pipelines. |
|
| b) | Supply & Installation of pre-insulated HDPE pipes & fittings of diameter 63 mm up to 355 mm and a total length of 25.65 KM buried underground complete with all necessary air vents at high points and 630 Nos. House connection point. |

| c) | Passivation, air & water flushing, testing & commissioning of the lines. |
|
| Energy Transfer Stations: |
|
| Cold side and Hot side complete for 9 Nos. Energy Transfer Stations, complete with C.S pipes & fittings, insulation, cladding, valves, MOVs, Controls, Instrumentation, PLC, cabling, Integration with SCADA system, booster pumps, pressurization units, MCCs, capacitor banks, flow meters, sensors, gauges, hangers, supports etc.. |
