| Tabreed, a company operating in UAE to produce and distribute chilled water for the residential, public & industrial units/buildings in Abu Dhabi for the HVAC units, awarded Al Nasr Irrigation & Contracting Co. the construction contract of the Carbon Steel Chilled Water distribution lines from their plants T3B and T4 in ZMC to the Heat Exchange Buildings and the complete construction of the structures with supply, installation & commissioning of the pumps and heat exchanger units and remote control (SKADA) system and network for 8 zones.

| Scope of works: |
|
| a) | Excavation, welding, X ray & gamma ray testing of all welds, backfilling, flushing, disinfection and stabilizing works for the Carbon Steel Pre-insulated Pipes, fittings & valves (Pipes & fittings free issued by Owner) for 46KM (forty six) of pipes varying from 14" to 8" diam. Lines servicing 19 HEX units in 8 zones.

| b) | Cooling plant connections, none destructive road crossings, control conduits and pull boxes along the pipeline.
|
|
| c) | Construction of 19 Heat Exchangers/Booster pumping buildings including complete structures, roof, doors and interior walls.
|
|
| d) | Supply, install & commission of all equipment and accessories within Booster Pump buildings including pumps, valves, piping, electrical panels, wiring, lighting and controls. |
|
| e) | Supply, install & commission all equipment and accessories within Heat Exchanger buildings including Heat Exchangers, fan coil units, valves, etc. electrical panels, wiring, lighting and controls. |
