| National Central Cooling (PJSC) TABREED intends to construct and operate new District Cooling scheme, including chilled water plant room together with the associated chilled water distribution piping system, Energy Transfer Stations and the requisite connections to existing facilities (end users) at Zayed Military City in Sweihan, Abu Dhabi.

The overall project is divided into 3 separate contract packages:- Cooling Plant
- Underground Network and Associated Structures
- End-user Connections and Building Conversion Works
Al Nasr Irrigation & Contracting Co. was awarded the contract for the Underground Network and Associated Structures for the complete DETAILED ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISSIONING (EPC) of the chilled water supply as a cooling medium to buildings (existing and planned) as per the cooling load requirements identified by TABREED along with the construction of the gas and water supply lines to the cooling Plant as summarized below.

| The overall project is divided into 3 separate contract packages:

| a) | Carbon steel pre insulated twin chilled water pipeline distribution system Dia. ranging from 8” to 36” including valve pits, NDRC etc. for approximately 15KM length of trench (i.e. 30 Km of single pipeline).

|
| b) | HDPE pre insulated twin chilled water pipeline distribution system Dia. ranging from 8” to 20” including valve pits, NDRC etc.
|
|
| c) | Potable water supply line (HDPE) to the cooling plant approximately 3 Km Length.

| d) | Natural gas supply line (HDPE) to cooling plant approximately 3.5 Km length.
| |
| e) | Energy Transfer Stations, 14 No’s complete with design, civil construction, mechanical & electrical supply & installation works. |

| f) | Booster Pump Station for the duty & standby pumps complete with design, civil construction, mechanical & electrical supply & installation works. |
|
| g) | Energy Transfer Stations, 14 No’s complete with design, civil construction, mechanical & electrical supply & installation works. |
|
| h) | Instrumentation & control works inside the ETS buildings. |
|
| i) | Interconnecting fiber optic works for all the system. |
