| Scope of Works:

| a) | Design and construct storage of sodium chloride (salt) of 90 days capacity at the normal operating condition. Storage shall be suitable for salt delivered in one tonne stacks, including forklift trucks as necessary for the movement of stocks. Salt storage shall be located in a ventilated building maintaining ambient conditions as required by the Supplier of the salt. |

| b) | Facilities for emptying of sacks and conveyance of salt to a dissolution pit. |
|
| c) | Dissolution pit for dissolving salt and dilution in un-chlorinated potable water to a concentration appropriate for production of sodium hypochlorite by electrolysis. |
|
| d) | Drainage from the new plant, connected to the existing drain facility. |
|
| e) | Access roads, suitable to heavy truck movement to the new plant. |
