Dubai Electricity & Water Authority has planned to expand the sea water desalination facilities in Jabal Ali by constructing a 30MGD seawater Reverse Osmosis plant with Dynasand Filteration under works package “B”.
The works, a fast track project, includes the construction of R.C. Dynasand Filteration unit for 30MGD desalinated water and the Concrete Building structure that houses the Reverse Osmosis Units with underground storage tanks inclusive of related architectural, civil, structural, HVAC,Mecanical, Electrical and Piping works.
Al Nasr Irrigation & Contracting Co. was awarded the works to execute as per the design plans and specifications on a very tight construction schedule to meet the delivery of the RO units and related equipment and machinaries covered under separate contract.
