| To supply water to Sir Bani Yas Island, a heritage and conservation area for the regions animals, a submarine pipeline with onshore pumping station was contracted to the JV with Al Nasr Irrigation & Contracting Co. being the leader of the J.V.

| A J.V. project with Boskalis and AST Al Nasr Irrigation & Contracting Co. as the Leader.

| The project consisted of the following:

| Detail design, engineering, supply, equipping, erection construction, testing, commissioning etc. of complete pumping station installation at Jebel Dhana including all necessary auxiliaries and ancillaries.
|
|
| Onshore part of the pipeline on Jebel Dhana and Sir Baniyas Island comprising approx. 2,600 meters of DN600 DICL pipeline from Jebel Dhana Power and Desalination Station to the start of the Submarine part of the pipeline and approx. 650meters of DN600 DICL pipeline on Sir Baniyas Island.

| Submarine part of the pipeline of approx. 10,000 meters of 24" CS internally cement lined buried in seabed bottom trench, including cathodic protection. (Seabed trenching done by Boskalis, Supply & installation of CS pipes done by AST).
