| Detailed Engineering, procure, install, test and commission the pipeline ring network in Shoamikh Area.
|
|
| Piping Work
|
|
| a) | Waterline Relocation and Protection Works including the supply of materials, only where required and as instructed by the Contractor. In addition all construction was in accordance with the contract specifications, and drawings and to the approval of the Contractor, Consultant, and the Client.
|
|
| b) | Supply and Install D.I. DN 800 mm pipes and fittings for tie-ins.
|
|
| c) | Supply and Install D.I. DN 600 mm pipes and fittings approx. 30 Km.
|
|
| d) | Supply and Install D.I. DN 300 mm pipes and fittings approx. 10 Km.
|
|
| e) | Supply and Install D.I. DN 250, 200 & 150 mm pipes and fittings approx. 3 Km.
|
|
| f) | Supply and Install all butterfly valves, gate valves, air release valves, strainers, flow meters etc.
|
|
| g) | Construct all valve chambers and line marker posts.
|
|
| Civil & Structural Work |
|
| a) | Carry out survey and soil investigation for pipeline route.
|
|
| b) | Prepare working drawings for pipeline plan and profile.
|
|
| c) | Design, supply & construct complete valve chambers.
|
|
| d) | Construct Non Destructive Road Crossings by auguring.
|
|
| Testing & Commissioning
|
|
| a) | Hydrostatic Testing of all pipeline network.
