| a) | Detailed Engineering, design and fabrication of IP 55 substation enclosures. Total of 120 pcs. Each approx. 8.3 m long by 5.5 m width and 3.2 m height. Installation of all electrical equipment, air-conditioning, fire extinguishers.. and delivery of the same to ADWEA in Al Ain Stores.

| a) | Detailed Engineering design of enclosures.

| b) | Fabricate & supply enclosures.
|
|
| c) | Supply & Install small power electrical components for the enclosures.
|
|
| d) | Install ABB Control Cubicles in enclosures with complete wiring.
|
|
| e) | Design, supply and install air conditioning for enclosures.
|
|
| f) | Supply and install fire extinguishers.
|
|
| g) | Deliver to ADWEA - Ain Ain Stores.
