| Civil & Structural Work |

| a) | Leveling, cutting/ filling the Project area of 22,500 m2

| b) | Construction of Freight Facility Building of 10,000 m2 floor area and 3,500 m2 of mezzanine floor.

| c) | Supply and install pre-cast wall panels and double tee pre-stressed roof slabs.
|
|
| d) | Supply and install sky lights of special design.
|
|
| e) | Construction of roads, security fences, parking areas, loading and unloading sections and landscaping. |
|
| f) | Complete plumping, rainwater disposal, surface water system and connections to the main network. |

| Electrical Work |

| a) | Supply, Install, Connect, Test and Commission power network for the building.
|

| b) | Supply and Install CCTV network.
|
|
| c) | Supply and Install fire fighting and fire alarm system. |
|
| d) | Supply and Install telephone and communication system.
|

| Piping |
|
| a) | Supply and Install air-conditioning with roof top units and extract fans.

| Testing & Commissioning
|
|
| a) | Testing and commissioning of equipment.
