| Scope of works: |
|
Detailed design, engineering, supply, transportation, storing at site, installation, construction, commissioning, handing over of the complete works and maintenance in accordance to contract documets for the installation, relocation and protection of waterlines as detailed hereby:
|
| a) | Supply, installation and construction of new Ductile Iron waterlines sizes DN 600mm through DN 100mm including line valves, control valves, fire hydrants, disconnection/connections to existing water network etc.
|
|
|
| b) | Waterline protection works in roads & parking areas by means of concrete protection slabs.
|
|
| c) | Construction of ducts for D.I. pipes.
|
|
| d) | Exhumation of cancelled pipelines and accessories.
|
|
| e) | Demolition and removal from site of abandoned thrust and anchor blocks, valve pits, duct, etc. |
|
| f) | Installation of marker posts.
|
|
| g) | Raising or lowering existing covers for fire hydrants, valves and air release valves.
|
|
| h) | Construction of thrust and anchor blocks.
|
|
| i) | Construction of valves chambers |
|
| k) | Laying of pipeline warning tape.
|
|
| l) | Testing, sterilizing and commissioning of the complete networks |
|
| m) | Crossing of oil & gas pipelines |
|
| n) | None Distructive Road Crossings for pipelines.
|
|
| o) | House Connections complete with water meters, GRP wall mounted water meter boxes and all other associated materials.
