| Scope of Works:

| The Civil works associated with flourmill Project at Fujairah Seaport that included:
|
| a) | Construction of reinforced concrete piled and ground bearing foundations with inserts for four-grain silos of approx. 1,000 meters cube storage capacity.
|
|
| b) | Construction of reinforced concrete piled ground-bearing foundations with inserts for equipment plinths, ground floor slabs, columns, beams and suspended slabs.
|
|
| c) | Construction of administration building of approx. 1,200 meters square that included foundations, reinforced concrete structure, block walls, plastering, painting, tiling, plumbing, air-conditioning, lighting and all architectural finishing.
|
|
| d) | Structural Steel erection of storage area of approx. 1,400 meters square.
|
|
| e) | Concrete and chain link fencing for the project with gates. Approx. 960 meters square.
Roads grading and sidewalk pavement of approx. 640 meters square.
